Developer's job is not only developing products. They are passionated about to introducing new things. Every developer having the mind to do their job without fail at any cost but the people who are surround them to make sure the process, always showing the arrogance on the time line. according to my mindset believe that developer is the best person to hide known issues which are hiked by the real testers indeed. nothing will be go out without developers eye. Of course some times they are not in mood to overlook the products or process they are making, thats what the matter of root for issues. If developers are treated well with enough time line strength. process are need not be tested ever.
The developers are the king of the creations.
